People have become more aware throughout the past few years how short life really is, what makes them happy, what make their family happy…and what that means for them in their life moving forward.  The thought of living another day in sadness, stress and conflict is just not an option. People have paused…and realized that being happy, healthy and at peace is in the forefront of our lives!  We can’t be good parents if we are not living an authentic, healthy, happy life.
